Real Madrid made slight work of the South American Champions as they marched into the final of the Club World Cup in style. Cruz Azul were simply no match for Ancelotti’s men as Benzema, Ramos, bale and Isco inspired the Champions to a 4-0 win.
Real took the lead in the 15th minute through Sergio Ramos who headed into an empty net after Corona had carelessly charged off his line looking to clear a Toni Kroos delivery. Benzema made it 2-0 in the 36th minute knocking in Carvajal’s cross. Cruz Axul never offered any resisitance to Real Madrid’s onslaught and the second half continued in the same vein as the first with Bale heading in from a Ronaldo cross in the 50th minute. Isoc completed the scoring in the 72nd minute after being fed the ball by Ronaldo after a dazzling display of footwork from the Portuguese captain.
Real Have now made it 21 wins in a row in all competitions and would be looking to add the Club World cu trophy to their already impressive cabinet of trophies and round up 2014 in style.
