BOYHOOD Named Best Film by New York Film Critics Circle – Full List of Winners

It’s that time of the year when different people and organizations make known their best movies/notable work by an individual for the year. The New York Film Critics Circle (NYFCC)  has released their own list which has Boyhood named as the best movie for the year – something that a number of people might have issues with as a number of comments have been made regarding the hype the movie has gotten since its release. Lego Movie also got on the list as it managed to win in the category for best animation while Timothy Spall and Marion Cotillard won in the categories of Best actor and Best actress respectively.
