Femi Fani Kayode Wins In Money Laundering Case

Former Minister of Aviation, Femi Fani-Kayode, has been cleared of money laundering charges.

Fani-Kayode was acquitted on Monday, 17th November, by a Federal High Court of 38 out of the 40 counts.

The money laundering charges had been levied against Fani-Kayode by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC.

Judge Rita Ofili-Ajumogobia however adjourned the court till the 8th of December for the remaining 2 counts.
