#InTheNews: Seven Suspected Boko Haram Members Arrested In Borno State

At least seven suspected members of the dreaded terrorist sect, Boko Haram, who have been terrorizing Shaffa town, which is about 4 kilometers drive from Azare the headquarters of Hawuli and it’s environs were on Monday arrested, following a tip off.

According to mallam Zakariya Shizhawu, a prominent member of Shaffe, who confirmed the incident, he told punch news correspondent on the phone that the seven Boko Haram suspected operatives were arrested yesterday by security agents following a tip off. It was gathered that there has been jubilation and a sigh of relief by members who have long suspected that the reactions of the Boko haram sect were aided by insiders.

Normalcy has returned to the community since the arrest yesterday and people were seen going about their duties.
