Chelsea forward, Diego Costa is set to miss Spain’s qualifier against Macedonia with a hamstring injury.
The former Atletico Madrid man has had problems with his hamstring over the last few months and was even a doubt for Chelsea’s trip to Everton last week. The Striker came through the march unscathed but had to limp off in the friendly against France during the week.
Costa’s issues with hamstring injuries affected him even at Madrid where he only played 9 minutes in the champions league final before he limped off.
Chelsea will look to manage this injury crisis as good as possible so they don’t lose their hit man. Costa has been in red hot form for Chelsea with four goals to his name already in just three matches so far this season in the premier league.
