Many football fans are often on the hunt for iconic or bizarre memorabilia, but there will be few stranger souvenirs from this summer’s World Cup up for grabs than the shirt worn by Camilo Zuniga when he broke Neymar’s back.

The quarter-final between Brazil and Colombia was a tight affair, but much of the talk after the match was of Neymar’s injury, which ruled him out of his side’s semi-final thrashing at the hands of Germany.

But if you have a spare few hundred pounds knocking about, then you can get your hands on the shirt alleged to have been worn as Zuniga’s challenge inflicted the damage which enraged a nation.

The bidding is already up to $1400 (£839), but with another 11 days left to run on the online auction, the price is set to rise even further.

‘This shirt is legitimate and was worned by the athlete Camilo Zúñiga in the game Colombia 1×2 Brazil,’ says the description of the item on sale on Bazarsports.com.
