Andre Villas Boas took a swipe at his two former employers at Chelsea and Tottenham, by nominating Roman Abramovich and Daniel Levy for the Ice Bucket Challenge.
The Zenit St Petersburg boss was relieved of his Chelsea managerial duties in March 2012 and Tottenham announced the Portuguese boss left by ‘mutual consent’ in December 2013.
