Motorola j put up a teaser website at NewFromMoto.com yesterday, announcing a press event for September 4. The event will take place at Motorola’s Chicago headquarters.
From the animation released by Motorola , we’re positive that Motorola will unveil the second generation of the popular user-centric Moto X (probably called the Moto X+1), the second generation Moto G, the long-anticipated Moto 360, and possibly some new Bluetooth headset or a similar accessory.
The Moto X+1 is rumored to come with a 2.26GHz Snapdragon 800 processor with 2GB of RAM, as well as a 5.2-inch 1080p display. Other rumored specs include a 12MP rear cam, a 5MP front cam, 32GB storage, microSD, a 2900 mAh battery, Wi-Fi, 4G/3G/2G, Bluetooth and NFC, and Android 4.4.4.
The Moto G2 will reportedly feature a 5-inch screen, up from 4.5-inch on the original G, a Snapdragon 400 processor, and 1GB of RAM. The G2 (could be also called G+1 maybe) will fill the mid-range in Moto’s roster, and we wouldn’t rule out a slight price increase compared to the first generation.
Finally, the Moto 360. The attractive rounded smartwatch was announced earlier this year, and since then, most specs and features have leaked out.
