Liverpool not giving up on Moreno, Markovic medical due
The report that Liverpool still harbour hope of doing a deal for Sevilla’s Alberto Moreno. The two clubs were £4 million apart in fee before ending negotiations last month, but a potential sale of Luis Suarez and £75 million transfer fee will allow them to be more generous with their funds.
The Reds are still expected to close a deal for £20 million Lazar Markovic this week, with the player due to fly in for a medical, the paper confirm.
