Sticking with Vincente: Spain set to retain Del Bosque as manager

Following a disastrous world cup performance, many expected Vincente Del Vosque to be out around Europe (and Brazil) looking for employment but the former Real Madrid manager maintained that he was going to carry on as Spanish national team manager. This week, the Spanish Football Association finally released a statement giving Del Bosque their full support claiming they had full confidence in his abilities to turn the situation around and lead the Spanish team to further glory. The association also stated that Del Bosque was going to carry on till the end of his current contract in 2016
