Former Arsenal player Freddie Ljungberg has stated that he would be joining the newly formed Indian Super League.

Despite hanging up his boots in 2012, talk of big monry prompted the 37 year old to come back to action as part of an initiative to promote football in India. Other big names like David James and Luis Garcia would also be making appearances in the League. Ljungberg is yet to announce which of the eight teams he would be joining.
