Jonathan Signs Pension Reform Bill.

President Goodluck Jonathan yesterday signed the Pension Reform Bill 2014 into law at the Presidential Villa, Abuja.

The Bill which was passed into Law by the Senate on June 3, 2014 and the House of Representatives on May 27, 2014, which was then sent to the President for his assent on June 14, 2014, is meant to govern and regulate the administration of the uniform pension scheme for both public and private sectors in Nigeria, repeals the Pension Reform Act, No.2, 2004.

  1. This is what Nigerians have been waiting for, other administration couldn’t do it , but it took a president that has the interest of the people at heart to make this happen. Thank President Ebele, God will give you more wisdom to rule this nation right.
