Australia’s Tim Cahill may have played the last World Cup match of his career, but he ended it in style.

The 34-year old forward connected to a looping pass from the midfield, connecting with it in one fluid motion, the ball ricocheting off the underside of the bar and into the net.

Cahill went on to pick a yellow card later – his second of the tournament – which ruled him out of the the Socceroo’s last group match against Spain.
