This week I am sharing the best ways to get a naturally gorgeous glowing, and flawless complexion.
Wash your face at night: It is advisable to use a make-up remover to get all the make up and dirt on your face from the day’s work before you wash your face. When you are washing your face, ensure the soap you are using is not too harsh for your skin(If after washing your face feels dry and tight, you need to change your soap) Also do not clean your face roughly with a towel, you are supposed to pat gently with a soft towel, or simply let it air dry.
Drink lots of water: Aim for at least 250cl(5 satchets/4 or 5 glasses) of water per day. Drinking lots of water helps keep your skin glowing, the water makes it easier for your skin to flush out toxins-that make your skin look dry- quickly
Tone, Exfoliate, and Moisturize Most people erroneously believe that when they cleanse their face, their troubles are over. No sister, not just yet. To get a perfectly glowing skin you also need to tone, exfoliate, & moisturize
Apply a toner: A toner removes excess oil and dirt from your skin that the soap missed, in addition to closing your pores. Consider applying toner to only the areas of your skin that tend to break out. For instance, you might only use it on your nose or forehead. NOTE:Not everyone needs a toner, if your skin is dry it would only cause damage to it.
Exfoliate: This should be done once a week, it helps clear out dead cells in your pores.
NOTE: A mixture of sugar and honey will do a very good job.
Moisturize: A lot of people are familiar with this process, The trick is to keep it light in the morning and apply the heavy amount at night
Eat lots of vegetables, and fruits: Vegetables and fruits are generally very rich in all sorts of vitamins & anti-oxidants, which are very importantfor glowing skin
Make it a routine: It is not enough to just do all these once, your body doesn’t survive on a meal for an entire month, so you shouldn’t do this once or twice and expect to get fabulous skin. No matter how difficult it is, keep at it. You will see it isn’t wasted efforts when your skin begins to experience great changes.
