Forbes has released a list of the top 5 wealthiest hip-hop artistes, with Bad Boy CEO Diddy ahead of the pack as always.
Diddy, who recently announced he was reverting back to his old moniker of Puff Daddy for his new album, topped the list with an estimated worth of $700 million.
Diddy recorded an amazing increase of $120 million from his net worth in the previous year, largely thanks to his acquisition of Revolt TV.
The second position was tightly contested for, with Dr. Dre’s $550million pushing Jay-Z and his $520million into 3rd place.
Cash Money boss Birdman was 4th with $160million, while rapper 50 Cent wrapped up the list with his $140million net worth.
