The run-ins with the police for Pop star Justin Bieber can’t seem to stop.

Justin Bieber has been arrested in Florida, Miami accused of drunk driving and drag racing.

The Miami Beach Police Department said Bieber was detained after racing on a street early on Thursday and had failed an alcohol test.

This recent arrest comes a week after his Calabasas home in Los Angeles was searched by police after allegations were made that he caused significant damages to his neighbour’s house by throwing eggs at the house. A member of his entourage was also arrested for alleged drug possession following the search.

The 19 year-old Canadian singer was said to have been driving a yellow Lamborghini when he was pulled over in the early hours of Thursday and also failed a field sobriety test.

Miami Beach Police Chief Raymond Martinez told the Miami Herald that members of the musician’s entourage had apparently used their cars to block traffic on Pine Tree Drive at 26th Street,  a residential area, at 4:30 a.m., effectively creating a drag strip. He also said Bieber was under the influence of drugs and incoherent. He had his hands in his pockets and resisted arrest without violence, the chief said, adding that the singer didn’t have a driver’s license.

The driver in a second car – a red Ferrari, was also said to have been arrested and both cars impounded, said Miami Beach Police spokesman Sgt Bobby Hernandez.
