Glee Does Tribute Episode To Late Cory Monteith (Videos)

Glee will be doing an episode to honour the memory of Cory Monteith who passed away from a died from “a mixed drug toxicity” consisting of heroin and alcohol some months back. He played the part of Finn, the star quarterback of his high school football team, who risks alienation from his friends by joining the school’s glee club. He is a popular jock at the top of the school’s social hierarchy, but when forced to join the glee club, he finds he loves it. His storylines have seen him struggle with his decision to stay in the club, which is at the bottom of the social ladder, while he maintains his popular reputation and the respect of the other jocks.

On the Cory Monteith tribute episode of Glee, Lea Michele, Naya Rivera, Chord Overstreet, and their fellow castmates are singing their hearts out this week for Cory, and we have the loving and beyond powerful songs here for you. And it’s absolutely too much listening to Lea’s heartbreak as she covers Make You Feel My Love for the love of her her life she lost too soon. But that’s not all because all of Cory’s dear friends and castmates have us in tears with their songs that include I’ll Stand By You by Amber Riley, Fire and Rain by Chord and Kevin McHale, No Surrender by Mark Salling and If I Die Young by Naya.
