Up To 50 Killed As Boko Haram Strikes College Of Agriculture In Yobe

Up to 50 students have been killed after suspected members of terrorist sect Boko Haram attacked the College of Agriculture in Yobe.

The insurgents moved into the College of Agriculture, Gujba, 50 Km south of Damaturu, the state capital and killed several students.

A staff of the school told Channels Television that several dead bodies are still being recovered from bushes, hostels and classes in and around the school.

The source also revealed that surviving students are at the moment making efforts to reunite with their families in fear of further attacks by the insurgents.

There is no reaction yet from both the federal and state governments, as well as security agencies regarding the incident.
