Lagos, Nigeria, comprises of vibrant youths who play all genres of game and do not realise that this actually holds a potential of becoming a source of income just like other professional sports such as boxing, tennis and football.
Each game has its own sub-culture and its own meta-culture but for now MGL 2013 aims at identifying the ultimate gamer by a series of qualifiers that will take place in 14 local government areas in the state.
Professional gaming has been around for years, but the last 12 months have seen explosive growth for e-sports worldwide.
