Still Fighting: Ngozi Nwosu Returns To England For Further Treatment

share on:

Popularly known as Peaceful Peace from the hit Nigerian TV series Fuji House of Commotion, Miss Nwosu is not only one of Nigeria’s finest actress, with great comic timing but also as a battler.

The veteran actress is a multi-award winner and has starred in numerous films including, Living in Bondage; Thunderbolt (Magun); Circle of Doom; Dark Secret; Adun Ewuro and; My Darling Princess.
A few months ago, she was frail and very ill with kidney problems and travelled abroad to receive extensive treatment. Ms Nwosu looks a picture of health now but her treatment is ongoing and she has once again taken a sabbatical from Fuji House of Commotion, to return to the UK.

Of course, treatment is very expensive and Ms Nwosu needs financial assistance.

PR guru and film producer, Theodora Ibekwe and ZAFAA supremo, Sam Anwuzia have organised “An Evening with Ngozi Nwosu”, taking place on Saturday, 27th July 2013, at 801 Old Kent Road, London SE15 1NX, from 5pm to 10pm.

There will be an opportunity to meet Ms Nwosu, chat with her about her career and health. There should be music and finger food. Entry is free.

The aim for the evening is fundraising for further kidney treatment.

Other fundraising events will be announced at a later date.
