This is a simple and straight forward dish that can be easily made at home. It can be prepared with any seafood or chicken.
Salt to taste
2 tablespoons of Pure Ground Black Pepper
1/4 teasp of Spice Supreme Fish Seasoning
Garlic & Herb seasoning
Soy sauce (optional)
1 tablespoon Sugar/white Maggi
2 tablespoons of Vegetable Oil(or any other oil you prefer)
Before you start the sauce, you have to clean, cut, de-bone and pre-cook the fish.
To Season the fish: Add all the following ingredients together
1tbsp o f Pure Ground black pepper
1/4 teasp of Spice Supreme fish seasoning
1 tbsp of Corn starch
To Stir-Fry Fish
Bring to heat 2 tbsps of vegetable oil to Stir-fry your cut seasoned fish.
Add fish and stir-fry until golden brown then set aside.
DIRECTIONS to make the sauce.
Bring water to boiling temperature with a of slice garlic.
Add chopped/diced carrot, red pepper, green pepper and green onion and stir for about 1 minute.
Add oyster sauce, sugar or white maggi, fish and let it simmer for a few minutes.
Pour the black pepper and garlic & herb seasoning on the fish.
Add corn starch to thicken.
