Emma Roberts Inspires Vogue Eyewear

share on:

Nanette Lepore, American fashion designer, has been selected to participate in the Vogue Eyewear 2012 Design Series and has chosen Emma Roberts as her muse.

Lepore draws inspiration from the young actress’ feminine style and natural look to create the “Emma” frame which pays tribute to past icons with its very classic design – classic cat-eye shape, muted cream coloring, and metallic applique details. The “Emma” captures Robert’s playful and youthful spirit. Not to mention her obvious sense of styleand ability  to pull off several looks effortlessly.

Emma, who is Julia Roberts’ niece, stars in the upcoming films, Adult World, and Empire State with Liam Hemsworth and Twilight’s Nikki Reed, and is currently starring with Jennifer Aniston and Jason Sudeikis in the comedy, We’re the Millers has tweeted that she’s honored to be Nanette’s muse and is in love with the sketch.

According to Nanette::

“I wanted every woman who puts them on to feel like she was going off on a fantasy. Emma Roberts embodies that spirit of idealism and sophistication. She was the perfect muse.”

Definitely loving these limited-edition frames (only 1,200 were made) all set to be carried at select Sunglass Hut stores and sunglasshut.com for $129.95 sometime this month. There’s no denying they would definitely be an awesome addition to anyone’s collection. Especially if you’re  into vintage.
