On the 4th of October 2012, Editor-at-large of Vogue Japan and creative consultant Anna Dello Russo, would be launching her self designed accessory line for H&M. The well-known eccentric stylist and street style star would be following in the footsteps of Alber Elbaz for Lanvin, Stella McCaterny, Viktor & Rolf, Karl Lagerfield, Madonna, Roberto Cavalli, Jimmy Choo, Sonia Rykiel, Donatella Versace, Marni and Maison Martin Margiela(November 2012 release).
In this very exciting collaboration, there are over 40 pieces of accessories in this collection which includes sunglasses adorned with huge Gold alligators, Ornate snake bracelets, Blinged out necklaces with loads of charms, Earrings with the biggest gemstones ever, Cocktail rings, thigh-high boots and Tiffany suitcases decorated in gold filigree (which I personally love so much and would die to have one. LOL. But seriously though I need me one of those) – expect to see lots of snakes, alligators, Victorian mixed with Italian extravagance, Gold, Turquoise, Orange and Green. This collection is most especially worth coveting as each piece is a certified collector’s item.
This collection is also vintage inspired and was completely made in six months. Prices will range from $25 for earrings to $299(about the same in pounds) for thigh-high leather boots. The limited-edition collection will launch at more than 140 H&M locations worldwide and online.
I honestly do not want to bore you with my obsessiveness, so please enjoy the pictures and feel free to let us know your favourite piece in the collection. I personally, love the Tiffany suitcases, the rings, gold shoes, infact, I want them all. LOL. Enjoy please.
