These ni**as won’t hold me back/These h*es won’t hold me back…

Word for word, the lyrics of Hold Me Back was screamed out at the  Expo Hall of the Eko Hotel Suites on Friday, August 18, 2012, not only by the ‘bawse‘ himself, but also by a hyped up crowd.

US rapper Rick Ross performed his hits songs to a spellbound crowd at the recently held St. EVE’s Summer Jam Fest, from ‘Blowing money fast’ to ‘Hustlin’ to ‘Hold me back’, amongst other massive joints. The whole hall reverberated as Rick Ross asked Can I get a Rozay?

The concert which started quite late, had MC Larry D as its host, and he handed the mic over to  Olisa Adibua when the time came to bring the boss on stage. The concert had other performers like Terry G (& his bell), Flavour, Iyanya, Eva, Vector, Flowsickk,  Dammy Krane, Zaina and the South African duo Liquideep.

The show had some of the biggest names in the Nigerian entertainment industry come to support and watch Rick Ross Live – Don Jazzy, 2FaceD’ Prince, Lynxxx, Yvonne Vixen Ekwere, Sound Sultan, Karen Igho, Zaina, Iyanya, KCee, Toolz, DJ Caise, Dr Sid and Susan Peters
