Lance Armstrong Declared Guilty Of Doping

Seven-time Tour de France winner, Lance Armstrong, bas been declared guilty by the US Anti-Doping Agency for using banned substances and has been banned for life from cycling.

USADA has also moved to strip Lance of his 7 Tour de France titles, saying the UCI is bound by the World Anti-Doping Code to strip him, but the International Cycling Union has said it wanted a full explanation of the whole case.

The Amaury Sport Organization, which organizes the race, said it will not comment until the UCI & USADA were done with their deliberations.

Armstrong has alwys denied the alegations, labelling the investigation a “witch-hunt”.
