Last year, Film Maker Abba Makama gave us his comedy satire on Nollywood “Directoh”, this year he explores the world of fashion and collaborates with Adeniyi Okuboyejo of Post Imperial; a Designer and stylist from New York City and members of the Jungle Tribe to bring to you “The Party of Ministers”.
The ‘PARTY OF MINISTERS’ is a fashion film (video link below), written, directed and cut by Abba and styled by Adeniyi; whose pocket squares are the centre piece of this short film. The Party of Ministers meshes art and humour in a tongue in cheek way whilst portraying fashion to you in a avant garde way.
The ‘PARTY OF MINISTERS’ is also the first of many more original and entertaining content from the Jungle Tribe, a new wave African Art movement, co-founded by Abba Makama with a host of another young African creatives ranging from actors, musicians, artists and even accountants. The movement aims to bring edgy, enlightening and entertaining ideas to the music and film industry.
