Our 360Fashion STYLE DIARY this week would feature ROSEANNE ORIM. She is a student at University of Warwick, UK who is in love with fashion! Her style is a mixture of everything; she usually doesn’t stick too much to fashion trends because of her love for experimenting with different styles and trying new things. She is not one to plan outfits, she says “I just wake up and throw on whatever I deem perfect for my mood”. She believes she tends to lean towards more androgynous style these days, also experimenting with vintage style from the 50’s; like the cinched waists, voluminous skirts and cat eye sunglasses. She is quite the fashion risk taker!
You are welcome to Roseanne’s 360Fashion Style Diary: Day 1.
I haven’t felt heat from the sun in almost six months and I was rather excited about the abundance of sunshine so I decided to take advantage of the heat by wearing this outfit. I pulled out this print blazer that my grandma made for me just before I left home for school. I love the false pockets and the perfect mixture of colours of the print. You will be amazed to find out that this beautiful jacket of mine has only been worn once (What a shame!) and I just had to throw it on incase it got a little windy later in the day.
The shorts I am wearing were originally pedal pushers that my mum got for me. They are from 7 for All Mankind and I DIYed them into boyfriend-esque looking shorts but I failed to roll them up because I was going for the Levi 501 shorts look. The sun was just too good to be true so I had to go bare legged. (lol)
I got the graphic print Pink Floyd top from Forever 21 a couple of years back and I wore it with this outfit to create a rock-denim-print look.
Feeling like the female version of John Lennon in these 80s Penny hippy sunglasses I scored for a ridiculous price from the men’s vintage section on eBay. These have to be the weirdest shades I have ever bought but I wore them because they are great for the style of my outfit.
The bangle is from a local charity shop, the bag is from Mango and these chunky platforms from Barratts are comfortable for warm weather.
On to day 2!
