I have an unhealthy obsession with lookbooks, it’s ridiculous! I derive pleasure from looking at gorgeous models styled to perfection in the newest pieces from a fashion house, it’s the most entertaining fashion spread I can feast my eyes on. Admit it, lookbooks are the “COOL”. Even better, Primark just released their Autumn/ Winter lookbook for 2011 and it looks chic. Clothing pieces in this collection range from looks styled to create a colour blocking ensemble, to 20s inspired black and white fur coats, shiny camel tone maxi dresses, statement clutch bags, and a fusion of grey, brown and red hues. This is as chic and sophisticated as it gets! I love primark and how budget friendly they are, you’re on a constant bargain high. Considering how affordable their pieces are, it won’t be long before its all sold out.
Stock from the lookbook is out in September 2011.
In comparison, the A/W lookbook 2010 last year featured tougher and edgier pieces. The lookbook for last year was ultra modern and really represented the epitome of the 21st century fashion conscious lady as it incorporated studs, leather, suede fabrics, sequins and fur.
I love both lookbooks, but which do you prefer?
