360Fresh: 2Kriss Kris Krossing into Stardom

share on:

With equally cute smiles and fresh talent brother-duo Moses Oluwatobi Christopher and Raphael Oladimeji Christopher AKA 2KRISS are set to get the hearts of many females racing and the jealousy of many fellas rising. Aside from their good looks and charm 2KRISS also have delicious vocal talent to offer to us.

With some saying that this is what the industry has been missing, 2KRISS give the young generation of Afro-pop their very own Chris Brown times two. They sing, they rap, they dance AND they look good doing it, making them the full package. Nigerian Born but UK based artists 2kriss combine Western R’n’B, Hip-Hop and Afro-pop in order to place their own unique mark in the music industry and create distinct sounding music.

The brothers were noticed by CEO and founder of Big Boyz Ent JJC Skillz as they accompanied a friend to an audition set by JJC. Told to freestyle on the spot, Raphael and Moses did what came naturally to them and blew JJC away with their combination of hip-hop served by younger brother Rafael and R’n’B vocals delivered by elder brother Moses. JJC wasted no time in snatching them up and set to work to develop them as recording artists.

Influenced by several producers of Hip-hop and R’n’b such as Ryan Leslie and J.R Rotem, 2Kriss successfully fuse the entertaining and commercial sounds of artists like Iyaz with rich and meaningful content. They also stay true to their African roots with their fresh and unique combination of Afro-beat and Pop music.

With collaborations with Ice Prince and Wiz Kid (‘Good life’) and production credit for Dotstar and Lil miss, the brothers are on their way to international acclaim, carrying the flag for UK & Afro-pop. 2Kriss are currently working on their debut album with their label Bigboyz Ent. Their singles ‘L.O.V.E and ‘MAMA’ are available for download on ITunes.
