Born in the UK, bred in the streets of Lagos and raised by a single mother, Ajayi Oluwatimilehin aka Timix found Music and Arts as his first love. The likes of Shaggy and late Micheal Jackson were his role models at the tender age of five. He triumphed through elementary and secondary school in Lagos and is presently undergoing his A-levels. At age 11, TIMIX had found a more expressive form of music other than his flair for singing, he found. Inspired by Slim Shady (Eminem) and Lupe Fiasco, there seems to be a mixed trend in his delivery – simply original and creative.
What one would call a normal life hadn’t always been the case for this 17 year-old. So, as much as possible, his music and art tend to convey true feelings and experiences. As the only child, composing, listening and analyzing good music has always been his own way of giving back to the society that raised and schooled him to this stage; his first ever song was written at age 12.
He professionally kicked-off his musical career in 2009 after being introduced to Smyl (Producer) & Micworx Production and is being managed by Blank Creation Ent.
