Beneath the colossal chandelier of the Silverbird Cinemas was planted a lovers garden, the kind you will find in the Shakespearean tales. A flowing red carpet ignoring the glass doors and stopping at the edge of the staircase outside the cinemas. Bottles of Martini bobbing up and and down in silver buckets. Svelte ladies wearing never-weary smiles, ready to assist. Young, handsome men strutting around with a tray balanced on the palms, carrying the pink, bubbling drinks that marked the occasion. Natural roses, forming a hedge in their whites and red.
This was the premiere of the Flower Girl Movie at the Silverbird Cinemas on the 13th of February, 2013. In Hollywood style, Celebrities made their way into the building to witness one of the best romantic comedies ever produced in Nigeria. The event started in the evening around 7pm, with many of your favorite celebrities gracing the red carpet in the most outstanding fashion.
In attendance were literary giants such as Professor J.P Clark, popular Nollywood celebrities, much of the Tinsel cast, Musicians, on-air-personalities, the premiere witnessed the perfect array of guests.
