This is an open call for young people between the ages of 18 – 30 to write and submit a script that promotes any of our chosen values to our competition:
1) DUE PROCESS FILM SCRIPT
a) A story encouraging integrity, true competition, transparency, accountability, especially amongst contractors, government officers and procurement monitors.
b) Have a storyline that is believable, realistic, dramatic and entertaining
2) PUBLIC CONDUCT FILM SCRIPT
a) A story that portrays the consequences of ethical choices that public servants make.
b) Show (positive) effects of integrity reforms.
3. CHILD FRIENDLY FILM SCRIPT
a. A storyline that is able to engage the child’s faculties and encourage him or her to positively contribute to the development of a more desirable society.
b. A story suitable for children or family viewing.
c. Have a storyline that is believable, realistic, dramatic and entertaining.
The shortlisted scripts in each category receives 1 million naira grant for the HomeVida Technical Team to turn the script into a short film, have the finished film shown on Africa Magic for voting purposes and the ultimate winner receives a cash prize of N100,000 Naira in addition to a scholarship from Genevieve Nnaji.
