Remember last month, we announced a competition from Etisalat’s Geek force?
As promised by Etisalat, the “Get Ur Geek On” competition winner has been selected. He is Michael Chinaza Odum and has won a Blackberry 9360 device.
He emerged winner with the highest number of votes on Facebook as well as Twitter in the Etisalat ‘Get Ur Geek On’ photo contest
The Get Ur Geek On’ photo contest started on the 5th of May and ended on the 30th of May. The objective of the competition was to discover how creative consumers could get when it came to coming up with geek costumes.
Initially, the plan was to have the competition run only via Etisalat’s Twitterpage but given the large number of entries, the competition was extended to the Etisalat Facebook page as well.
The Etisalat geeks are a group of well trained, tech-savvy guys who are always on hand to give solutions to device related issues and every Friday at 1p.m. during the Geek Hour, the Geeks give answers to questions from subscribers on any issues they might be facing with their devices.
We’ll also keep our ears to the ground for morefun stuff and innovation from Etisalat Nigeria, watch this space!
