Complete fashion as you might already know has re-defined fashion in Nigeria. It is a world class magazine that focuses on fashion and style, with both local and international content.
It recently held an event called “Style Nite”, at the civic centre in Victoria Island on Saturday, June 23, 2012. The event was in celebration of its second year anniversary. It celebrated all persons who have contributed to the growth of the fashion industry in Nigeria and recognition awards were given to the personalities who have graced the front and back covers of the magazine.
Hosted by Joseph Benjamin and Dolapo Oni, the evening was one with a congregation of stars from all facets of the entertainment world, captains of industry and major players in the fashion industry. The first lady of Lagos State Dame Abimbola Fashola was the special guest of honor and guests were treated to good music by popularly loved acts like Bez Idakhula, Praiz, Omawunmi Magbele, Darey art Alade and for the first time performing together was the MAVIN group. Also, there was a mini fashion show by the famous high end fashion label “Ella and Gaby” and comedy by Basketmouth, one of Nigeria’s funniest men.
