Dear Sir/Madam,
Save MOSES
My name is Jessica Moses Ochie, I’m married to Moses Ochie , one half of the Hip Hop group, Felix & Moses, that
revolutionized Afro Hip-Hop in the nineties, and  I am  mother to our 2 beautiful children, Angel & Ela.My family & I have lived at No. 9 Atinuke Olabanji Str, Off Unity rd, Ikeja for 9 years and we ( Moses & I ) have worked for different companies including, E.X.P. Nig Ltd  and  Royal Citibeat Ltd, both  event support companies and recently the 1960 Hotels Ltd.

Tragedy struck on Christmas day 2011, when myhusband was diagnosed with Kidney failure and was immediately admitted andplaced on a dialysis treatment machine, since then my husband –Moses has been
on this treatment.

A minimum of three (3) dialysis treatment isrequired weekly at about One hundred and fifty thousand Naira (N150, 000.00) at the Life SupportHospital, GRA Ikeja under the watchful eyes of Dr Onuzor.  As it is, we have spent all our savings (including thechildren’s school fees) on this process, adding up to about 2 million naira
already spent.  I have also had to resignfrom work in order to take care of him.

 We have beengetting support in kind from friends, neighbors and some of his former colleaguesin the music Industry.

Recently, the Doctor’s report stated that his twokidneys have finally failed and the level of damage is at a final andcritical stage and now it has become very risky to continue with the process ofdialysis, hence an urgent need for KIDNEY TRANSPLANT.

We have made arrangement for the operation & other complicated treatments which has been finalized with COLUMBIA ASIA HOSPITAL, Bangalore- India where hewill undergo the corrective surgery at the cost of Ten Million Naira (N10, 000,000.00).  

I solicit and beg for your kind support somy husband, my love and bread winner can stay alive.
