RedMic Birth name Melvin E. Asare born and raised in Ghana,West Africa. Discovered his passion for music right after he completed his high school education in 2008.Surrounded by friends who love music and do 4music aswell he got inspired to started free styling and writing lyrics and mastered theses arts.
Rapping in the mirror to himself,he gradually developed his style and felt confident enough to put his writings on beats and start recording songs with his friends,Which later became a group called ApVille. After a while of recording with ApVille he decided to try out a solo act and this helped him develop himself as an independent artise,singing his own choruses and rapping his verses.
He keeps getting better and better both as an all round artise who sings and raps on any beats he chooses.Inspired by life and love in itself his songs usually speak aboout his strugle and the love he found along the Journey.
