Ghanaian movie producer Leila Djansi unveils the poster for her upcoming movie – Ties That Bind starring Hollywood actress – Kimberly Elise, Ghanaian actress – Ama K Abebrese, Ghanaian actor – John Dumelo, Nigerian-American actress – Ebbe Bassey, David Dontoh, Randall Batinkoff and our very own Omotola Ekeinde. Leila Djansi who also has won awards for movies such as “I Sing Of A Well” and “Sinking Sands” is arguably one of Africa’s heavyweights in movie production and as always she does not deviate as much from her usual plot of women emancipation as she tells the story of three different women who experience the painful loss of a child.

Plot Outline:Adobea, Buki and Theresa are three women from different walks of life bound together by a similar pain; the loss of a child. In a destined meeting in a small village in Kroboland, the women journey together to redemption, love, life and forgiveness as they renovate a dilapidated clinic for the villagers.
